1. Overview
JQ Sync is an internal data synchronisation tool that transfers attendee records from the Jonas / EventData platform into QuickBooks Online. It is not a consumer-facing product and is intended solely for authorised internal use by the organisation that operates it.
2. Grant of Use
By accessing this application you confirm that you are an authorised member of the organisation that owns and operates this tool. Use is limited to legitimate business purposes related to synchronising event data with QuickBooks Online.
3. Data Handling
This application connects to Jonas / EventData and QuickBooks Online using credentials and API keys provided by you. Data retrieved from these services is used exclusively for the purpose of synchronisation between the two platforms. No data is sold, shared with third parties, monetised, or used for any purpose beyond this synchronisation.
4. No Warranty
This tool is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The organisation operating this tool is responsible for verifying that synchronised data is accurate and complete.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers and operators of this tool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use, including but not limited to data loss or inaccuracies in synchronised records.
6. Termination
Access to this tool may be revoked at any time by the organisation that operates it. Upon termination, all stored credentials and tokens are deleted.
7. Changes
This agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
